At Medlin Cars, we’ve been proudly serving drivers across NC since 1968. What started when Jack Medlin Sr. opened Jack’s Used Cars in Rocky Mount, NC, has grown into a trusted, family-owned automotive group led by his sons, Jack Jr. and Jeff. For more than 50 years, our focus has remained the same: providing honest, straightforward service and putting customers first.

Through the years, our dealership family has expanded to meet the needs of drivers throughout NC. We became a Hyundai dealer in 1996, added Medlin Buick GMC in Wilson, NC, in 2001, welcomed Mazda to the Wilson location in 2005, and opened Medlin Chevrolet in Ayden in 2017. With these additions, we now offer a wide selection of new Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Hyundai, and Mazda models, along with an extensive inventory of used cars from many different brands.
